PROCUREMENT, OBSERVATION AND ADMINISTRATION
The Procurement, Observation, and Administration phase ensures the seamless transition from design documents to built form. In this stage, we can assist with contractor selection and procurement, including running a tendering process and forming a building contract.
During construction, we provide regular on-site observation to verify adherence to the approved design and quality standards. If required, we can also manage the contract administration, progress reporting, and communication coordination, ensuring the project progresses efficiently and effectively, ultimately delivering the projects vision with precision and care.

COMPLETION
The end of construction and Practical Completion phase marks a successful project. This stage involves a thorough final inspection to ensure all work meets the approved design and quality standards.
